Accept Adapt and Love Subscription Box Return Policy 

At Accept Adapt and Love, we curate each box with care to bring your child a unique and exciting experience every month. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your child's subscription. Please review our policy below.

No Returns Policy 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our subscription boxes. All sales are final. This policy helps us maintain the high quality and curated nature of our boxes.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. If this happens:

● Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box at acceptadaptandlove@gmail.com

● Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s).

● We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a partial refund or credit, depending on the situation.

Missing Items

If your box is missing an item:

● Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box.

● We will verify the issue and either send you the missing item or provide a credit for the value of the item.

Refunds and Cancellations

Since we do not allow returns, we do not offer refunds for subscription boxes once they have been shipped. However:

● If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

 ● If you cancel after your subscription has renewed but before the box has shipped, we can issue a refund for the upcoming box.
